I never normally write reviews unless it's negative, however, today I sold my vehicle to JRP and Jordan himself dealt with the transaction and I'm genuinely really impressed by the whole interaction. I approached him by email with photos of my car and a description and after a couple emails either way we spoke on the phone on the Wednesday. His price was more than what garages were offering me part ex and with zero hassle. Today on the Friday only 2 days later he came to my address which is almost 300 miles each way, he checked the whole vehicle, scanned it to check for faults and test drove it before committing to the purchase. There was no attempt to offer me any less. He transferred the money there and then and assisted with the transfer paperwork. On top of that he comes across as a decent bloke and had good communication throughout. There was genuine interest and appreciation for the spec, mods, the quality of parts and the service history, it's clearly not just typing in a number plate and going with what the software says. Having sold to JRP, knowing how they source their cars and the checks they undertake, I'd have full confidence purchasing from them, genuinely a shame I'm after something quite specific as my next car as I'd be happy getting a car from JRP. Purchased a car from Jordan a while ago with him taking part exchange of my old car. Didn’t haggle me on price of the part exchange sorted everything out for me was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Jordan is very particular on his stock aswell dosent just buy anything like a lot of other dealers would. I had a small niggle with the car after I’d collected it but Jordan organised and sorted it to be done all under warranty on my driveway! Super impressed with this dealership as a whole. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.
Bought two cars from Jordan at JRP, first was a Range Rover Sport and the second was A RS6. Jordan answered any questions I had and definitely went above and beyond too make sure I got the best deal possible on both cars. Had a very minor problem with the rs6 after the sale. I called them and the problem was rectified without hesitation despite this not being a problem missed by them. Great service every time, easy too deal with and great prices. I will be back for a third.
Couldn't do more! I travelled 4 hours to see and collect a car to find out not only had the front brakes been replaced for me but the rears too (both for uprated parts) and a service to make sure car was tip top before I left. From first contact to travelling down and seeing/collecting the car I couldn't have asked for more. Exactly as described, pictures sent of anything I requested, if you see one of their cars your interested in don't hesitate I certainly won't when it come time to get the next! Cheers guys
